Fee Information & Policies
Services and care is provided based on consultation and assessment of the individual needs of the client. Residents are kept fully informed on all matters which may affect their wellbeing.
Carham Hall is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and provides Respite, Intermediate and Permanent Care.

A trial period is welcomed, family and residents considering care are encouraged to visit at any time prior to taking up residence. It is recommended a social work assessment is considered prior to admission to ensure we can meet the needs of the client.
Residents are encouraged to bring items of their own furnishings to personalise their rooms.
Fees are the Scottish Borders approved rate applicable from time to time and can vary according to the residents choice of room. A full list of fees is available on request and all fees are agreed at the time residency is taken up.
Additional items such as hairdressing, beautician, newspapers, dry cleaning and private telephone are available at the discretion of the client. Such services are in addition to the facilities included in the cost of care and accommodation and are the responsibility of the resident
